Ingredients
- 1 cup canned cream-style corn
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- vegetable oil for frying
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the corn, eggs, flour and nutmeg in a bowl and mix well. Drop by Tablespoonfuls into hot vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
