Grilled Swordfish

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tab. lemon juice
  • 1 teas. salt
  • 1/2 teas. ground black pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic,chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
  • 2 tab. fresh oregano leaves, chopped
  • 4 swordfish or tuna

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, 1/2 teas. salt, 1/4 teas. pepper, garlic, mint and oregano.

Sprinkle remaining salt and pepper on fish and grill. Spoon sauce over fish.
