Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 C pesto
- 2 oz mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375. Spread 1/4 C of pesto in 9X13 baking dish. Lay chicken breast over pesto and spread with remaining pesto. Cover dish with foil and bake until chicken cooked through, 20-25 mins. Uncover, top with cheese and bake until cheese melted.
