SPAGHETTE A LA PHILLY

  • 1/2 POUND UNCOOKED SPAGETTI
  • 1 POUND EXTA LEAN GROUND BEEF
  • 1 24 OUNCE JAR SPAGETTI SAUCE
  • 4 OUNCES CUBED CREAM CHEESE
  • 2 TABLESPOONS GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE

Preparation

Step 1

1. COOK SPAGETTE

2. BROWN MEAT IN A LARGE SKILLET AND DRAIN.

3. RETURN MEAT TO SKILLET AND STIR IN SAUCE AND CREAAM CHEESE.

4. COOK ON LOW HEAT 3 TO 5 MINUTES UNTIL SAUCE IS WELL GLENDED AND HEATED THROUGH, STIRRING FREQUENTLY

5. DRAIN SPAGHETTI AND ADD TO SAUCE, MIX LIGHTLY.

6. PLACE ON PLATTER, TOP WITH PARMESAN CHEESE.
