- 6 pork chops
- T. cornstarch
- 1 3/4 C. beef stock
- 1/4 t. ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Stir the cornstarch, beef stock and black pepper in small bowl until smooth.
2. Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium - high heat for one minute. Add pork and cook until well browned on both sides. Remove pork from skillet. Remove skillet from heat.
3. Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat for one minute.
4. Stir the cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until the mixture boils and thickens. Return pork to skillet. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes until pork is cooked.
