Banana Cream Cheese Frosting
- 4 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 4 Tbs. butter at room temperature
- 1 3/4 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 2 - 4 drops LorAnn banana creme flavor or 1/2 tsp. imitation banana flavor
Place cream cheese and butter in a large mixing bowl. Blend with an electric mixer on low speed until combined. Add confectioners’ sugar, a little at a time and blend on low speed until well incorporated, about 1 minute. Add flavoring, and blend at medium speed until fluffy, 1 minute more. Use at once.
