Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon garlic chopped
- 1 tablespoon canned chipotle chile in adobo sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon cilantro (optional)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and puree.
OR
Stir together all ingredients. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week.
