- 1 M onion
- 1 Lb smoked sausage

Step 1
Boil chicken til well done. Cool & pick meat from bone. Measure liquid & add broth to make 4 C. Add onion & sausage. Cooke 5-10 minutes. Add Rice. Cook on low covered until liquid is absorbed. About 20-25 minutes. Add chicken. stir til well mixed.
