Ingredients
- 1 - 10 oz pkg dates
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 3/4 cup quick oats
- 3/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs. Add sugar, then remaining ingredients. Mis well.
Press into shallow 9 x 9 pan, greased. Bake in slow oven 30 minutes. Cut intio squares or strips and cool. Roll in powdered sugar.
