- 1 (14-ounce) bottle tomato and garlic salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 (2 to 3 pound) brisket

Mix the salad dressing and onion salt in a bowl. Place the brisket fat side up in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Spoon the salad dressing mixture over the brisket. Bake, covered with foil, at 250 degrees for 5 hours.
