Ingredients
- 1 4-5 Lb. Bone-In Pork Butt
- 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 bottles Price Chopper Barbeque Sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Combine dry mustard, salt and pepper. Rub on roast.
Place pork butt in crockpot. Pour 1 bottle of Price Chopper barbeque sauce over roast.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 6-7 hours. Cook until meat is so tender it is falling off the bone.
Remove meat from crockpot and place in a large baking dish. Shred meat with 2 forks, carefully removing any bones and fat.
Remove all but 1 cup of liquid from crockpot.
Place meat back in crockpot, pour second bottle of barbeque sauce over meat and reheat.
