Hunter's Style Pork Roast

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 to 3 lb (1.25 to 1.5 kg) boneless sirloin or loin roast
- 1 cup (250 ml) baby carrots
- 1 can (796 ml/28 fl oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 envelope beef or pork gravy mix/dry
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbs (25 ml) flour
- 2 tbs (25 ml) water
- 1 can (284 ml) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 pkg Green Giant frozen green beans

Preparation
Step 1
•Place pork in 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker; top with carrots. Mix tomatoes, gravy mix (dry) and garlic; pour over pork and carrots.
•Cover and cook on low heat setting 9 to 11 hours or until pork is tender.
•Remove pork and carrots to serving platter, using slotted spoon; cover with aluminum foil. Mix flour and water. Gradually stir flour mixture, mushrooms and green beans into liquid in cooker. Cover and cook on high heat setting 15 to 30 minutes or until slightly thickened. Serve sauce with pork and carrots.
