MONKEY BREAD

Ingredients

  • Glaze:
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits cut into quarters
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Cut biscuits into quarters, combine cinnamon, butter and brown sugar, beat together until melted. Pour over biscuits and mix until coated. Pour into bundt pan and bake at 375 to 400 degrees until browned about 20 minutes. Nuts may be added to mixture.

Glaze:

Mix confectioners sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth.
