Ingredients
- 1/2 CUP CHOPPED PECANS
- 1/2 CUP FLAKED COCONUT
- 13 CUP SUGAR
- 4 POUNDS SWEET POTATOES, PEELED AND CUT INTO CHUNCKS
- 1/3 CUP PACKED BROWN SUBAR
- 1/4 CUP MELTED BUTTER
- 1/2 TEASPON CINNAMON
- 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
- 1/2 TEASPOON COCONUT EXTRACT
- 1/2 TEASPOON VANILLA EXTRACT
Preparation
Step 1
1. PLACE SWEET PATATOES IN A 5 QUART SLOW COOKER COATED WITH COOKING SPRAY.
2. CONBINE THE PECANS, COCONUT, SUGAR,BROWN SUGAR, BUTTER, CINNAMON AND SALT.
3. SPRINKLE OVER POTATOES.
4. COVER AND COOK ON LOW FOR 4 HOURS OR UNTIL POTAOES ARE TENDER.
5. STIR IN EXTRACT.
