Ingredients
- Giblet Gravy:
- 2 pans corn bread - not sweet corn bread like Jiffy
- 1 doz. boiled eggs
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- Pultry seasoning
- sage and thyme
- salt and pepper
- Boil together broth from turnkey/hen, boiled eggs, chopped giblets. Thicken with flour paste.

Preparation
Step 1
Mix with broth from turkey or hen boiled in water with salt, pepper, onions, and celery, make it pretty wet. Save broth for Giblet gravy.
Bake 350° for about 1 hour, or until most of the broth has been absorbed.
