Ingredients

    pans corn bread - not sweet corn bread like Jiffy

  • 1 doz.

    boiled eggs

  • 1

    chopped onion

  • 4

    stalks celery, chopped

  • Pultry seasoning

  • sage and thyme

  • salt and pepper

  • Giblet Gravy:

  • Boil together broth from turnkey/hen, boiled eggs, chopped giblets. Thicken with flour paste.

Directions

Mix with broth from turkey or hen boiled in water with salt, pepper, onions, and celery, make it pretty wet. Save broth for Giblet gravy. Bake 350° for about 1 hour, or until most of the broth has been absorbed.
