Ingredients

  • Giblet Gravy:
  • 2 pans corn bread - not sweet corn bread like Jiffy
  • 1 doz. boiled eggs
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • Pultry seasoning
  • sage and thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • Boil together broth from turnkey/hen, boiled eggs, chopped giblets. Thicken with flour paste.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix with broth from turkey or hen boiled in water with salt, pepper, onions, and celery, make it pretty wet. Save broth for Giblet gravy.

Bake 350° for about 1 hour, or until most of the broth has been absorbed.
