Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 cup white cooking wine
- 8 oz. carton sour cream
- 1 package Uncle Ben’s Long Grain &
- Wild Rice, cooked according to package directions.
Preparation
Step 1
In oblong baking dish, mix soups and wine together.
Add chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Remove chicken and add sour cream to
wine/soup mixture. Stir until well blended.
Place chicken on rice and spoon creamy
mixture overall. I prefer to dice the cooked chicken,
return it to mixture and spoon both over rice.
