Mica's Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (2lb) loaf Velveeta Cheese
  • 1 large chopped tomato
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 jar picante sauce (mild or hot)
  • 1 medium chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion and bell pepper in butter until soft.
Cube velvetta cheese. Melt cheese in microwave by microwave about a minute at a time, stir and repeat till cheese is melted. Add onion, green pepper, tomatoe and picante sauce.

Keep warm in crock pot.
