Ingredients
- 2 Talapia Filets
- 1/4 C. Parmeasean Cheese
- 2 Tbl. Butter (softened)
- 2 Tbl. Mayo
- 1 Tbl. Lemon Juice
- 1/8 Tea. Basil, Pepper, Onion Powder, & Celery Salt
Preparation
Step 1
-Combine all ingredients in a bowl
-Broil talapia filets 3-4 min. per side
-Put the Parmesean mixture on filets and broil for 3 more minutes, or until it makes a light brown crust.
