Ingredients
- 2 c low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 c whole milk
- 1/4 c sugar
- 12 ox fresh or frozen berries pureed and strained
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl using a had mixer on medium speed. Pour into freezer bowl, turn the machine on and mix until thickened about 25 to 30 minutes.
