Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 roll of sausage, cooked
  • 1 pckg. of frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups schredded cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sausage. Set aside. Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam. Place frozen hash browns in the pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and cheese on them. Layer the cooked sausage on top of the hash brown mixture. Beat eggs in a large bowl along with the milk, salt and pepper. Pour over the sausage and hash brown layers. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 for approx 30-40 minutes; or until the eggs in the center are cooked.
