Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cooked basmati or brown rice
- 1medium apple, chopped
- 1-2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 4 oz. chopped cooked chicken
- 1 tbsp. light buttermilk dressing
