Ingredients
- Batter Mix:
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 No. 303 can fruit cocktail w/juice (16 0z.)
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 cup coconut
- Icing:
- 1/2 cup Pet milk
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix well and put in 13 X 9 pan. Then:
Mix Topping:
Mix well 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 cup nuts and 1 cup coconut. Sprinkle over batter and bake 350° for 40 minutes.
Icing:
Mix 1/2 cup Pet milk, 1/4 cup margarine and 1/2 cup sugar. Boil 2 minutes and pour over hot cake. Let cool, cut cake in squares.
