Ingredients
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pinch salt
Preparation
Step 1
Heat milk and butter in a sauce pan over medium-low heat.
Once it comes to a light simmer, add cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir constantly.
Once cheese has melted, salt to taste. This sauce goes well with cooked broccoli. It also tastes good on a hamburger. You can also drizzle it over breakfast hashbrowns. Make it your own!
