Crock Pot Pudding

Ingredients

  • 8 c day old cinnamon bread or rolls, cubed
  • 2 c milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 1/2 t vanilla
  • 1/2 t nutmeg
  • 1 c raisins
  • 1 c non dairy whipped topping

Preparation

Step 1

Put cubed bread in crock pot. Combine milk, eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla and nutmeg until smooth. Stir in raisins. Pour over bread, stirring gently. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours. Top with non dairy topping.
