  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 ½ cup sifted flour
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine eggs, water and salt till frothy. Add flour, more if necessary to make stiffer batter. Drop by tiny teaspoonfuls into boiling salted water.
