Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1 (18 oz.) jar peanut butter
  • 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar, butter and milk. Stirring constantly, bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 5 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until melted. Add marshmallow cream and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 pan and cool. Cut into squares.


Note:
Different flavors of fudge can be made by substituting any 12 oz. package of chocolate or butterscotch morsels.
