Ingredients

  • 2

    Cups peanut butter

  • 2

    Cups sugar

  • 4

    eggs, beaten

  • 2

    tsp. PURE VANILLA EXTRACT

  • 2

    Cups mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1

    Cup pecans, chopped small

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, eggs and VANILLA. Mix well until smooth and blended. Stir in the chocolate chips and pecans. Drop by the tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets, 2 inches apart. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on the cookie sheets for a few minutes and then transfer to wire racks to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
