Ingredients
- 1 can (15 ounces) ready-to-serve reduced-fat New England clam chowder
- 1 can (6-1/2 ounces) chopped clams, undrained
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- Dash white pepper
- 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti
Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine the first six ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook and stir for 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Pour sauce over spaghetti.
Per serving (1 cup spaghetti with 1/2 cup sauce): 342 calories, 3g fat, 35mg cholesterol, 330mg sodium, 57g carbohydrate, 4g fiber, 21g protein
