Ingredients
- COOKIE
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 2 Cups Margarine
- 3 TBSP Vanilla
- 4 Eggs
- 6 Cups Flour
- 2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- FROSTING
- 3 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Butter
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- Approx 2 TBSP Milk
Preparation
Step 1
Cream Sugar,Margine, Vanilla and Eggs together until smooth. In a Separate container mix the flour, Salt and baking soda together. Add a little flour mixture to the creamed mixture at a time until it is all mixed.
Refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours.
When Done, Roll out on a floured surface until it is about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Cut out the cookies an dput about 1 inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until the edge are light brown.
Freeze cookies prior to frosting, this will keep them from breaking.
Mix Powdered sugar, butter and vanilla together add milk until it is a frosting texture. Add food coloring if desired.
