Ingredients
- 1 box light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon white karo syrup
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1-1/2 cups pecans
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Combine in a saucepan; sugar, milk, syrup, water and butter. Cook over medium heat until soft ball forms when dropped in cold water. Remove from heat, add vanilla and beat until creamy. Add pecans. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. Let completely cool before serving.
