Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 15 0z cans black beans (undrained)
  • 2 15 oz cans mexican stewed tomatoes
  • 1 cup mild salsa
  • 1 4 oz can chopped green chilies
  • 1 14 oz can tomato sauce
  • 2-4 chicken breast (skinless, boneless with rib meat)

Preparation

Step 1

Layer chicken at bottom of crock pot.
Add rest of ingredients.
Cook on low for approx. 6 hrs.
Remove chicken, shred and return to pot.
Serve with grated cheese and tortilla strips.
