Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oleo
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups rhubarb (cut up)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
Preparation
Step 1
Cream sugar and oleo. Add vanilla. Add soda to buttermilk and add alternately with flour. Mix well. Add rhubarb. Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
Mix topping ingredients together until crumbly and put on top of cake.
Bake 350 degrees until done.
