Ingredients
- 3 lbs short ribs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup water.

Preparation
Step 1
Saute Onions in butter then addremaining ingredients except ribs and simmer 30 minutes.
Baste ribs with sauce and bake at 350° for 2 hours.
Drain off Fat.
Baste again and bake at 300° for 1 hour.
