  • 1 lb (450 g) cooked, peeled shrimp
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbs (30 ml) prepared horseradish, or to taste
  • 2 Tbs (30 ml) fresh lemon juice, or to taste
  • 2 Tbs (30 ml) finely chopped fresh parsley, chives, dill, or fresh herb of your choice
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
