Spinach-Cheese Bread

Ingredients

• 3 cups Bisquick baking mix
• 1 can cheddar cheese soup
• 3 eggs
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp. caraway seed
• 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed dry

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan. Mix all ingredients except spinach in medium bowl until well blended. Beat 1 minute. Stir in spinach until well blended. Pour into pan. Bake 55-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes. Remove from pan.
