Ingredients

    Pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 1

    can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • ¾

    C thawed lemonade concentrate

  • 1

    carton (8oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed

  • yellow food coloring, optional

  • 1

    graham cracker crust (9")

Directions

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and milk until smooth. Beat in lemonade concentrate. Fold in whipped topping and food coloring if desired. Pour into crust. Cover and refrigerate until set. Substitutions: Orange Icebox Pie: Substitute 3/4 cup thawed orange juice concentrate for the lemonade, add 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel and omit food coloring. Creamy Pineapple Pie: Substitute 1 can (8oz) crushed, undrained pineapple and 1/4 cup lemon juice for lemonade. Omit cream cheese and food coloring. Cool Lime Pie: Substitute 3/4 cup thawed limeade concentrate for lemonade and use green food coloring instead of yellow.
