Turkey/Egg Whites P2

Ingredients

  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 egg whites
  • seasoning
  • any veggies you desire

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Line muffin tin with parchment paper and cut bacon slices in 1/2. Criss cross bacon (1 slice per cup). Bake for about 6-8 min to let the bacon get a little crisp.

While bacon is crisping, add seasoning and veggies to the egg whites. Pour egg whites (1/2 in each cup) into the bacon lined cups. Bake for an additional 15-20 min or until whites are cooked through.
