Ingredients

• 5 T milk
• 1 T lemon juice
• 1 C creamed cottage cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Put ingredients into blender. Cover and process until smooth. Use as a base for dips or on baked potatoes or in salads. I add dry ranch mix to mine.
