Ingredients
- 2 Avocados, halved, peeled and seeded
- 1/2 c roughly chopped cilantro leaves
- 3 TB fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- pinch white pepper
- 1-1/4 c. low sodium chicken broth
- 1 c. Plain, non-fat, soy milk
Preparation
Step 1
Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender. Divide between 6 chilled soup bowls. Top with cilantro for garnish.
