Cousin Luisa's Pizzele

Ingredients

• 20 eggs with a tablespoon homey
• One bottle canella
• One bottle goccia d'oro
• Two 3 gram packages of Paneangeli vanillin a
• 3 lemons juiced and grated
• 2 pounds of sugar
• One pound crisco melted with the butter
• 1 plus a bit cup oil added to milk
• Two and one half sticks of butter
• 1-1/2 cup milk at room temperature
• 10 teaspoons baking powder mixed with the milk set aside
• 5 pounds sifted flour

Preparation

Step 1

Make a well with the flour add the vanilla then temper the shortening with the milk. Add flour gradually.
