Sugar 'N Spice Pecans

A great holiday snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • 1 Pound pecan halves
  • ½ Cup sugar
  • ½ Teaspoon salt
  • ½ Teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 225° F. Beat the egg white with water and dip pecan halves into mixture. Mix together sugar, salt and cinnamon and roll dipped pecans in sugar mixture. Spread pecans on a cookie sheet.

Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Let cool; store in refrigerator. Makes about 2 Cups.
