Oven crisp potato wedges

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. small red potatoes
  • 1T. olive oil
  • 4tsp. finely minced garlic
  • 3/4 tsp. coarse salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepepr

Preparation

Step 1

1) preheat oven to 525. quarter potatoes and place in large bowl. drizzle with olive oil and toss.

2) sprinkle potatoes with garlic, salt, paprika and pepper

3) line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with pam. arrange potatoes and roast for 20 minutes, stirring once or twice during cooking

4) raise heat to broil for about 1-2 minutes til potatoes crisp
