Ingredients
- 2 C cooked fresh salmon-remove skin
- 8 oz. cream cheese bar softened
- 2 green onions minced
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- 1 Lg chopped dill pickle
- 1/2 t lemon juice
- 1 T olive oil
- Fresh pepper
- 1/2 red onion finely chopped
- 1/4 C capers
- 1 Lg tomato chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Flake salmon. Combine w/cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, pickle, lemon juice & olive oil in bowl. Mix well. Spread in shallow serving dish. Sprinkle with pepper, onion, capers & tomato.
