Ingredients
- 16 chicken wings
- 1/4 C. canola oil
- 1/4 C. butter
- 1 C. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425
Wash wings and pat dry
Put canola oil & butter in 9x13 baking dish, and melt in oven.
Mix remaining ingredients in zip lock bag, or pan. Coat chicken by shaking in zip lock or placing in pan.
Place in baking dish with canola & butter, skin side down first
Cook in 425 degree oven, uncovered, for 30 minutes
Turn chicken over and bake 30 minutes longer.
