  • 6 slices cubed bread
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage tube – browned and drained
  • 1 ½ c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 eggs beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 t. salt
  • pepper to taste

Step 1

Cube bread and place evenly in greased 9 x 13 non metal pan. Sprinkle sausage and cheese evenly. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over other ingredients. Cover and chill overnight. Take out for 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 325 and bake for 45 minutes.
