Grasshopper Pie

Ingredients

  • 25 large marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons white creme de cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons green creme de menthe
  • 1/2 pint cream, whipped

Preparation

Step 1

Heat marshmallows and milk until melted and then cool.

Add creme de cocao and creme de menthe.

Fold in whipped cream.

Pour into chocolate wafer pie crust.

Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon crumbs.

Chill 8 hours.

If making a double recipe, use a 9x13 inch cake pan and cut into small servings.
