Ingredients

  • DRESSING:
  • 4 c shredded green cabbage
  • 1 c shredded red cabbage
  • 1 c shredded carrots
  • 1/2 c chopped broccoli florets
  • 10 seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup mandarin oranges drained
  • 1 1/2 cup roasted turkey shredded
  • 1/2c plain nonfat yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 2 Tbsp yello mustard
  • 1-2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cabbages, carrots, broccoli. add grapes, oranged and turkey. Toss to combine. In small bowl combine dressing ingredients and pour over cabbage and coat evenly. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes.
