Easy Fudgey Peanut Butter Cup M&M Brownies 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • Serves: 10
  • 1 box Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownie Mix {or whatever mix you prefer}
  • Any ingredients listed on the brownie mix box {usually 1 egg, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, and 1/3 cup water}
  • 1/3 cup chocolate fudge {the pre-made kind that you buy for ice cream}
  • 12 -15 peanut butter eggs or peanut butter cups
  • 1/4 cup mini M&M’s

Preparation

Step 1


Preheat the oven per the instructions on the brownie mix box
Mix the brownie mix per the instructions on the box
Stir in ⅓ cup chocolate fudge
Roughly chop peanut butter eggs/cups. Add about half of them to the mixture and stir to combine.
Spray a pyrex with nonstick, or line with parchment paper, and pour the mixture in.
Bake for about 40 minutes.
Pull the brownies out, top with the remaining peanut butter cups and M&M’s.
Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the brownies are done {they should still look a little soft on the inside} and chocolate from the peanut butter cups is beginning to melt in.
Let cool completely, cut and serve.
