Ingredients
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
Preparation
Step 1
Combine lemon juice, olive oil, and water.
Add onion powder, basil, and pepper.
Brush over chicken.
Saute in nonstick skillet until lightly browned and thoroughly cooked.
